• You may return artwork within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is in its original condition.
• Custom-made or commissioned artwork is non-refundable unless it arrives damaged or defective.
• Items that have been altered, damaged, or are not in their original condition cannot be accepted for return.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

• Provide your order number and reason for the return.

3. Return Shipping

• You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
